if Saban plans to go backwards on offense, moving away from star QB dominate...I've always thought an offense that bases out of the option or traditional offensive alignment and transitions(motion), into the spread based on the look makes a defense defend the option every play, old school play action or spread them at the line would be hard to defend
I think it's interesting that Bama hires Steele at the same time that Geno Smith, the WVU QB that rolled the Taters in the Orange Bowl and cost him his job, is also hot in the NFL with the Seahawks.
