I am seeing on Twitter that Benji Norton passed away. Aged 63

He was a staple of sports and classic rock radio in Columbia. Norton ran "The Early Game" with Tommy Moody and the late Bob Shields for years.

I hate to hear that. Benji was local radio at its finest.

Wow. He was doing the afternoon gig on radio just recently.

Yeah, he still had the occasional commercial, too.

That sucks.

I will have to listen to 107.5 tomorrow afternoon. I am sure they will have more info.
