Texans safety D.J. Swearinger is under investigation for allegedly stealing his own truck off a dealership lot without paying for customization work, as first reported by TMZ.

The dealership, Espi Motors in Houston, filed the police report alleging that it did $20,000 worth of work, which included including a matte black paint job with a batman logo, speakers, new wheels, a custom grill and a train horn, according to TMZ.

I believe he really needed that batman logo
