Oh I agree that we're not going into Moscow and snatching Putin. I do believe that Putin sees the effectiveness and lethality of our military and it has to give him pause about expanding his war into other parts of Eastern European when the Russian military has been trying to subdue Ukraine for nearly 4 years now.Don,t think Puting give aabout Venezuela. It’s not like we’re going to waltz right into Moscow and arrest Putin like we did Maduro.
Also Venezuela supposedly had some of the latest Chinese and Russian air defense systems and they were ineffective.
The Venezuela ops are Trump's Granada. They have been rehearsing this since August. A good shot in the arm for our military after the long Ground War on Terror like Granada was after Vietnam.

We haven't heard anything out of Putin since the Maduro raid or the recent taking of the tanker.
Seems the tanker is actually worth some $$ and not easily replaced, which is a ding in the Russian economy.
And throw in the pressure Trump admin is putting on India to quit buying Russian oil.
IMO, this goes back to their stupid war with Ukraine & Russia's inability to defeat Ukraine.
And Russia is not winning. They continue to claim advances on the ground that are not true.

Yeah it's crazy. I continue to be amazed at how Putin is destroying a generation. Combine the casualties with the number of Russians who have fled the country, the number of suicides and the alcoholism related deaths it doesn't bode well for Russia's future.
We were the ones that pushed Ukraine to give up their nucs. Now we're the ones pushing Ukraine to give up their land (to satisfy putin's ego).
