The compliance deadline part of this ends at midnight tonight.

Putting this under basketball recruiting since Lamont is still trying to fill his roster as a new head coach at this point.

"Men’s basketball
As expected, a coaching change means a roster near-turnover. The Gamecocks’ roster has had a microscope on it since Frank Martin was fired.

As it stood on May 2, USC had six players from last year’s roster still around (Ford Cooper, Ja’Von Benson, Tre-Vaughn Minott, Chico Carter, Josh Gray, Jacobi Wright). New coach Lamont Paris retained commitments from Zachary Davis and Daniel Hankins-Sanford, who each pledged to Martin.

The Gamecocks lost seven transfers (Erik Stevenson, Jermaine Couisnard, Wildens Leveque, Ta’Quan Woodley, Mike Green, Devin Carter and Keyshawn Bryant) besides seniors A.J. Wilson and James Reese. Bryant was a late addition to the transfer class after originally declaring that he would sign with an agent and embark on his pro career.

Paris got Hayden Brown, Meechie Johnson, Ebrima Dibba and walk-on Troy Boynton from the portal and can still offer three scholarships."

I take the very loud silence from his program up until now to mean he's obviously playing things close to his vest with his recruits.
