I'm sure we're constantly hacking as well. I'm not convinced that we're trying to poison/ruin other countries food supplies but I might be wrong.

Different strains than what the US AG dept and others have already been treating. It should be considered terroristic simply due to the fact they smuggled it in and the issue with it most likely not being the first time or the only thing they’ve tried. Sorry I just don't buy that they're risking long prison sentences for smuggling something into the US that is readily available here. That makes zero sense.
