He's tried to do that and has been repulsed with huge casualties. His planes and helicopters are shot out of the sky. Half a dozen Naval ships lay on the bottom of the ocean and Ukraine doesn't even have a Navy. Are you even aware of the casualties and equipment losses Russia has suffered...

So, Putin's incurring 1000+ casualties a day for fun?

Pretty much where I'm at although I'm 70 and have been disappointed many more times than you have. I'm hoping for an improved team but like I said on another thread we could have a better team but the record may not reflect it.

Agree, these things are nice but it falls flat if we go 5-7. We'll see. I'm trying not to get all caught up in the hype. Unfortunately I've seen this movie many many times over the decades.

Yeah, I've read about Operation Barbarossa. The Russian people had little chance of getting outside news about the colossal losses plus having been invaded they would have been more tolerable of the Government doing what they had to do. Ukraine invaded no one and you'd think in this modern era...

I can't believe the Russian people are Ok with this. I've seen reports where Russia is basically using outdated WWI "charge the trenches" tactics in mass formations taking huge casualties in the process. It's down right barbaric. smh

I heard his HS Coach speak about him when we signed him. He said that he was the best HS football player he had ever coached as well as coached against. He called him a generational player.

Man I hope you're correct. It seems we hear this type of hype every pre-season. I don't buy that at all. Like most athletic contests it comes down to who has the better athletes.
