Who surprised and who needs to step up in 2013?
IMHO-Shaq Roland needs to be more agressive and go get the ball. He is wearing the GARNET #4. That number needs to be better represented.
Who from the 2013 commits are you looking forward to seeing? Alfy Hill, Gerald Turner and
Jamari Smith for me.
Phillip Dukes
Will Phillip Dukes be the dominating player everybody thought he would be next year? He got a lot of hype coming out of high school and I hope that he will be a force for us next year. What say you?
Greg Bryant
Everything I read tells me that 5 Star running back Greg Bryant wants to join Gamecock Nation. Can anyone tell me why we are so hung up the running back for PA (Williams). On paper Bryant looks like a better back, and it appears that he wants to wear the Garnet & Black...
Where has he been? The guy hasn't made a catch since the LSU game. I've barely since him on the field. At one point, he was really stepping up, but then just went cold. Any ideas?
I read in several places that the OL was the weak link for UM, however they gave up the 2nd fewest sacks in the B1G. Anyone have any insight on this? Also, their D is ranked right next to ours statistically, and they lost close games to some good teams, but did they beat any good teams and how...
Georgia's Coaching staff
You are on the 12 yd line with 15 seconds left and you don't spike the ball...why? Terrible play calling in those last few seconds. They could have easily run 2 more plays and could have likely scored...just needed to spike that ball. As much as I dislike the mutts...
1.) Had we had Georgia's SEC schedule the past two seasons, we would be 3 time SEC East champs! Flip flop the games and we would have more wins.
2.) It is going to be very tough to beat Florida again in the years to come. Coach Malzon (sp) has really donw a great job over there. They are only...
Having beaten Clemson 4 in a row, and Georgia 3 in a row, when can we start to expect a bit more of a swing in recruiting momentum? It seems that even though we seem to win on the field, we lose in recruiting class rankings.
Second question, are we recruiting better "sleepers", or are we...
Stadium Upgrades?
Have they started tearing up the cement around the stadium? If not when is work expected to begin?
Are they doing anything else this offseason?
I was driving from Charlotte to Atlanta the day before Thanksgiving and around 4PM I caught 104.9 FM in Greenville while stuck in some bad traffic.
I listen to The Drive in Charlotte at that time, so I am not familiar with this host on 104.9. But I researched a bit and I believe it was the Walt...
So, maybe this is me being spoiled, but it feels like this year we haven't had any true freshman rock stars. I don't know if this is because of increased talent of upperclassmen, or an underwhelming 2012 draft class.
Generally, we have at least one true freshman make an immediate impact, for...
I can't believe all the attention Spurrier is getting for his offhand remark about Bama being able to beat an NFL team. If any of you heard him say it, you know he was just joking around. But the national pundits and sportswriters have debated it to the nth degree. I guess they don't have much...
Listening to a few local sports shows, especially Corey Millers, I have been hearing ideas about hiring an offensive coordinator. Personally, I don’t ever see Spurrier going for it, however IMO it makes sense. I believe Spurrier will leave within the next 5 years and it would be nice to have a...
