South Carolina hosts The Citadel on Tuesday night (March 7) at 7 p.m. at Founders Park.

Tuesday’s game will be on SEC Network Plus. The game will be broadcast on The Game 107.5 FM with Tommy Moody and Stuart Lake on the call.

Carolina holds a 139-50-1 series advantage over The Citadel heading into Tuesday night’s game. The Bulldogs won the last meeting in Charleston, 4-3, on March 22, 2022. The Gamecocks defeated The Citadel, 9-5, in the last game at Founders Park on April 27, 2021.

The bats stay alive and the arms are still live as the Gamecocks hit 4 more HR's, giving them 35 for 2nd in the country and struck out 13 in the 8-1 win.

Good game by the Cocks. So far this year our pitching and hitting have been really solid. I do have some concerns with our defense which needs to improve before the SEC season starts. Too many missed plays and dropped balls.
