To me the 2021 instate is the weakest groups in memory. Not any gold nuggets this year will have to look out of state to get them for 2021 cycle.

Still think it’s important we get top 3-4 in state guys.  Clemson is going national, which I think could backfire.  I think if we keep in state talent coming to USC and get the HS coaches in our favor by always showing love to their guys, it will make a huge difference.  I believe a team built on SC, NC and Ga guys will be what gets us back to 8-10 wins yearly and then get a few National guys in the mix to get to elite level.

Yes I believe that is the right approach.

Just need a coach that makes them better once they get here

Hopefully with the changes this staff can do that.
I heard a great quote from LSU s coach o about how he improved from his first time as a head coach. I can't remember it exactly but something along the lines of you can't coach the whole team like they're the d line. Probably advice cwm could use to hear

Yep.  Many coaches don’t get that.  OL and DL guys in general don’t get skill guys and how to coach them.  They don’t get how guys don’t respond to being yelled at all the time.  O skill guys, in general, operated better when in a chill environment vs a crazy intense one because you need to be more cerebral than emotional on O.

Here's hoping cwm learns that or takes a significant reduced buyout
