COLUMBIA, S.C. -- The University of South Carolina baseball team seeks to even the best-of-three series at one game apiece Saturday against the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The Bulldogs bested the Gamecocks Friday 9-0 in Founders Park. Saturday's games will be streamed on SEC Network Plus. Every Gamecock contest will be on the Gamecock Radio Network with Derek Scott and Tommy Moody on the call.

PARKING INFORMATION
For the 2021 season, there will not be shuttles from either the Key Road Gravel Lot or the Colonial Life Arena parking lot. There will be passes at lot 1 available for $10 apiece.
 
Parking Lot Openings
7 p.m. Games - Gates open at 6 p.m., all lots open at 5:30 p.m.
4 p.m. Games - Gates open at 3 p.m., all lots open at 2:30 p.m.
2 p.m. Games - Gates open at 1 p.m., all lots open at 12:30 p.m.

South Carolina Will Sanders (Fr. RHP) 6-2, 3.38 ERA, 8 BB, 45 SO
Mississippi State Will Bednar (Jr., RHP) 4-1, 3.14 ERA, 12 BB, 67 SO
 

 
4 hits in the first for Miss St.    A triple and a homer.   Not a great start but a long way to go.  

 
Wow.   They’re light years ahead of us right now.   They just keep coming with some very good hitting.

The South Carolina Gamecocks made a run at the Mississippi State Bulldogs with 2 runs in the 6th inning and 3 runs in the 7th, but were just too deep in the hole and lose Game 2 and the series to the Bulldogs 9-6. Andrew Eyster led the way going 3 for 5 with 2 homeruns and 4 runs batted in. Wes Clarke went 1 for 4 with a 2-RBI home run, to fill out the scoring....
