2022 Wintry Mix

The ice and fairly strong winds did more damage than a tornado in my neck of the woods.

Was without power most Sunday and trying to get back to normal today.  I have power but many others don't.

How was it for the rest of you?

Wet and cold here in Gaston but we had no issues whatsoever.

We got a little over 12", and it was fun, but now I'm tired of helping neighbors clear their driveways and am ready to see it go.

Yeah, and WIS says this one is going to be mainly sleet and icy crap for the Columbia area.

Snowin' and sleetin' pretty good at the crib right now.

Got about 3-4" of powdery snow overnight.  Started out as sleet/freezing rain then turned to snow.

The sun is out and the roads are okay, but still cold enough to freeze up again as the sun goes down tonight.

Got about 3-4 inches here in Raleigh as well. Just barely enough to go sledding for a bit. My son was out of bed and dressed to go out at at like 6:30 this morning. I went out around 7 to join him.
