22-4 is a LONG way from 1-21

... but the odd thing is, those two seasons when we went 1-21 don't even *seem* like that long ago. So much water under the bridge ... first Lou and then SOS have taken us to a lofty place. sometimes when I hear grumblings from both other fans and from myself, I just make myself remember what it was like then.

Very good points gamecockboat. While it has been over 10 years, it's still seems like yesterday at times. Back to back 11 win seasons is amazing. The fact we won 11 games (10 games in the regular season) and still did not win the East 2 years in a row shows you how tough the SEC is each year. Now Vandy seems to be improved and is not an automatic win, the East just got tougher. If TN can get better you will have UGA, UF, UT, SC, potentially Vandy and maybe Mizzou all being tough outs. Not sure Vandy will sustain success, but who knows.
