Tank Bigsby
USC would love to land that “special” running back in the 2020 class and one the Gamecocks have an eye on is 4 star RB Cartavious “Tank” Bigsby 6'1" 195lbs of Hoganville, GA.  And he has  his eye on the Gamecocks with a return visit coming up.

Bigsby visited USC this past season and he and his mother plan a return visit for a junior day January 26th.  He said regular contact with the Gamecock head coach Will Muschamp and recruiter Bobby  Bentley  has put them in good shape with him.

“Talk about the facilities and how I could be a big factor on the team,” Bigsby said.   We talk a lot.  They’re good. It’s a good school.”

Clemson also is among the offers for Bigsby.  He didn’t make it to Death Valley this season but he was there in 2017 and he’s heard from the coaches.

“The coaches and the offense that they run,” he said about what’s grabbed his attention with Clemson.  ‘I don’t know if they want me to play running back or DB.”

Bigsby also plays corner but he said he wants to be a running back in college.  He was the 2A Offensive Player of the Year in Georgia by the AJC.

Bigsby said he will announce a top five soon and has said USC, Auburn and Georgia will make that short list.  Some of his other offers are Ohio State, Notre Dame, Miami, Penn State and Michigan.

He plans to announce a decision this summer prior to his senior season.
