3 star 6-4 175lbs Justin McKie of Irmo made an official visit to Murray State last weekend with his father, former USC star BJ McKie, and the Racers opened his eyes. “It went really good,” McKie said. “I got to see the new practice facilities. I met with the coaching staff, academic adviser, teachers, and I hung out with the guys and played with the guys. That was fun since they are a Top 25 program and I could see where my skills fit with their program.” McKie said he has no other visits planned though he will go to some home USC football games. “Like I always do,” he said. He has an offer from USC and talked Monday with assistant coach Brad Underwood. He’s also been talking to Appalachian State, Memphis and Wake Forest. Each has offered. McKie said he’s not decided on his other visits and he does not have favorites. He’s not sure when he will make his decision.
