Acockalypse Now :(

I thought about him after seeing that guy with ALS in one of the DNC videos.

One of the worst diseases still out there.

He was a really good artist also.  He posted a picture on CT of a painting he did of a train with his left hand (after he had lost the ability to paint with his right), which was really, really good.  Very good Norman Rockwell vibe to it.

RIP, Acock.  May your family have some peace and acceptance.

It always seemed like every post he ever made had something insightful and clear-minded to say. Great poster, very nice guy. RIP.

I thought about him many times since the old board died. He was a special guy had many life discussions with him about his illness and my issues, loved the guy. So Sad!

That being said we need a better way to keep up with each other. Some of us have spent more time onm boards than with the wife, or so it seems.
