Another WR offer out from the Gamecocks; recruits planning to visit SaturdayOct. 26, 2016
Another 2018 offer outOn Tuesday, South Carolina offered 2018 wide receiver Tykee Ogle-Kellogg, who was in town for Saturday’s game against Massachusetts. Central Michigan made an offer later that night.
The 6-foot-5, 195-pound prospect from Alcoa (Tenn.) High School also lists offers from Austin Peay, Louisville, Memphis, Middle Tennessee State and Texas-San Antonio.
“Getting my first SEC offer meant a lot to me,” Ogle-Kellogg said.
Word of the Gamecocks’ offer was passed his way by Alcoa coach Gary Rankin. Ogle-Kellogg later spoke with South Carolina wide receivers coach Bryan McClendon.
“He thought that what he was hearing wasn’t true,” Ogle-Kellogg said, “About how tall I was and that he loved my size and my speed.”
Clemson, Tennessee and Louisville have also hosted him for visits this season.

Several prospects have confirmed plans to be in Columbia:
Kinlaw was offered by Alabama earlier this season and had planned to visit Tuscaloosa this past weekend.
Placed at Jones County Junior College by Muschamp, Kinlaw plans to enroll at South Carolina before next season, even though he finished up at Goose Creek (S.C.) High School in January.
Prospect roundupJust a few days after he visited Williams-Brice Stadium for the UMass game, 4-star athlete Jordyn Adams picked up a Clemson offer.
The 2018 wide receiver prospect from Blythewood (S.C.) High School plans to visit Clemson on Nov. 5 for the Syracuse game.
Josh Belk’s activity on Twitter generally matches his quiet personality. The 4-star target from Lewisville High School in Richburg, S.C., raised a pair of eyebrows with this one:
The eyebrows were lowered after a quick scroll down. In the spirit of election season, he was giving equal play to the other in-state suitor:
