I don't like to get caught up in beating Clemson, because they are not the ultimate goal. With that said, living in the Upstate sucks when Clemson is on top. I want to beat them so badly, I can taste it. All things are cyclical, and our time is coming. When we were beating them 5 straight, I smugly sat back, and told some Clemson friends, that I didn't see them winning a game against us for many years. I did not pay any attention to what they were building, and who they were recruiting. Now the shoe is on the other foot, and they are laughing at us, saying we won't beat them for many years. I don't think they are paying any attention to what is happening. I know they aren't just going to fade away, but we are getting better, and it's going to be an extremely happy day for me when we wipe the grins off their faces.
As far as Georgia, and Alabama go, I want to beat them like I do all other teams, but I don't have a hatred for them like I do Clemson. I keep praying that God will open a giant sinkhole that will swallow the whole university and town of Clemson, but it hasn't happened yet. I'll keep praying.
