Notes if you don't want to listen: Doesn't get the Beamer Brigade and the interest in him when there are so many other candidates; loves Neal Brown and thinks he would be a home run hire here; likes Monken as a candidate to take the Vandy job to run the triple option there (interesting discussion of how to run the triple option out of the shotgun); discussion of Auby and Gus Malzahn's future; a discussion of the messy playoff picture because of COVID.

I would think that Vandy would compare going to the triple option with where the GT program is.   Was it worth it to GT?

The main thought was that it would be recruitable at Vandy, sustainable, and different enough to more easily get you to a bowl game. Which makes sense.

It would be interesting for sure. The thing about the option is it burns time off the clock and lends towards lower scoring games. Add in a few turnovers, and it's ripe for some upsets.
