Big 2017 WR narrows down list to three, has South Carolina as a finalist

On Thursday, 2017 WR prospect Chad Terrell took to Twitter to announce a list of his three final college choices. The competitors include North Carolina State, Oregon, and South Carolina.
A native of Georgia, the 6-foot-4, 3-star receiver has a fascinating final trio. Oregon is (by far) the best program from a winning standpoint. It also holds the ever-present allure of Nike — and the plethora of different uniforms.
On the other hand, Georgia is a lot closer to South Carolina and North Carolina than it is to Oregon. From a playtime standpoint, Terrell likely has a better shot at contributing on the field earlier in the East than he would out West.
Possessing a long wingspan and surprising physicality, Terrell’s got a very nice upside as a long, explosive receiver with terrific ball skills.
