The man has his finger on the pulse of the team and you couldn't say that about Muschamp based on the pressers most of the time.

He is aware of some human things like Beamer and we should probably keep him.

I really think he just tells it like it is, you got to respect that, think he's an good play  caller, he just doesn't have the talent needed to install everything

I like him. I wish he could stay, but I understand if Shane has other plans.

Interesting comments at about the 24:20 mark.

However this shakes out Mike has earned my respect this year. Guy is a straight shooter.

I think the comments about lack of preparation and being about the team instead of yourself are telling.

That's also the same problem with Frank's teams more often than not over the years as well.

The team was improving and then went off the rails at some point this year.

While they are both former players, the difference between Bobo and Muschamp is that Bobo was a QB and is more used to leading players in a huddle on game day.  So he has communication skills that have developed over the years.

The question is: Who will be the hard-azz that gets the selfish players to play for the team more next year?  Beamer doesn't strike me as the type.  They are both too low-key.

Find the assistant who can do that and the program will go places.
