  Reports are pretty strong that  Virginia Tech ,  and  Tennessee  will make moves to replace their coaches sometime  this week  or end of season.

Radio  in Columbia , and some ESPN reports out of CHARLOTTE .

 
I wondered if Freeze's comments over the weekend reflected his belief that Tennessee was about to open up.

And both those guys have $12+ mil buyouts and both finish 12/12. Seems unreal for UTen to fire their guy in his 3rd year with the CV conditions. Fuentes is in his 4th season.

If people perform their jobs the way some of these coaches do, you  would be fired asap , When are the Universities going to start getting better at contracts for Coaches, for  example if you don't win at least 7 games per year or more we can terminate you at any point and not pay you no more than 30 % of the monies we owe you .  

 
what does it atter if we are in front of it if we go after a coach that is on no one's radar?

Part of the reason you never see that is because it will cause a huge portion of your applicant pool to say "why would I want to go there?" ... not saying you are wrong, just reality.

 
I think the 'rona will negatively impact the overpaid coaching royalty in this country for the next 3 years.

General Caslen has a CFO background and I am confident he will get us the best FB coach for the money.

Having said that, Dawn and Frank are worth every dollar.

Fuente is in his 5th season at VT. Only reason I know that is because I wanted him instead of Muschamp.

 
Freeze to UT. He'll bring his playbook with him, recruit some stud position players, and have them relevant in 2 years.
