Buford has decision down to two

6-7 Dante Buford of Jacksonville will announce his college decision Thursday at 1:00 PM and his coach said Tuesday morning it appears the choice is down to USC and Oklahoma. Miami was a third contender.
Buford visited Oklahoma and Miami last week and he was at USC over the weekend for is official visit with the Gamecocks. "I think he really enjoyed it," Rex Morgan said. "The mother was there and I think they liked everything that was there."
Morgan said Buford is still working on his decision and he has a tough one to make because of what he learned about the programs. "He liked both playing styles and he likes both coaching staffs," Morgan said. "It's just going to be where he feels is the best fit for him."
Buford is a native of Simpsonville and his coach doesn't think the proximity of his hometown to USC will be much of a factor since he's been away from home the past two years.
Morgan said as of Tuesday he was not expecting any coaches from USC or Oklahoma to be in for a final visit before the announcement.
