FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - South Carolina had four targets entering National Signing Day and the second of two has fallen its way. Four-star cornerback Chris Lammons (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./Plantation) announced moments ago at a ceremony at his school that he will sign a letter of intent to play for head coach Steve Spurrier and the Gamecocks.
