It’s easy as a Gamecock fan to expect the worst; history has conditioned us to think that way. But at some point, we just have to trust CSB’s leadership and vision for the program. It was easy to be critical after we lost Bell and Lloyd to the portal. It was easy to be critical after CSB hired Loggains over experienced P5 coordinators. But since that time we’ve had 6 new commits.
Maybe we need to realize this ain’t our father’s South Carolina and let the man cook. Maybe we need to not be so blinded by our past and instead just be optimistic for our future. In the world of the transfer portal and NIL, there’s no one else I’d rather have leading the charge.
