Coach: WR Shaq Davidson still firm with USC

4 star WR Shaq Davidson 6'0' 173lbs of Gaffney, a long time USC commitment, took an official visit to Auburn over the weekend. Indians coach Dan Jones did not talk to Davidson today but did talk to one of his family members at a funeral. "He said he had a good time but it was basically a trip," Jones said. "He said he's still committed to South Carolina and he's firm in that commitment. And that's what I've felt like and told (Auburn recruiter) Ellis (Johnson) before he went there." Jones said Davidson is not scheduled for another visit this weekend.
Jones also said his running back Hyleck Foster, who took an official visit to East Carolina recently, has reaffirmed his commitment to Marshall.
