Dearest Mother,

The Carolina faithful are incredible. We have received bills of sale from all over the nation: Georgia, Virginia, Alaska—even from the mighty Bison men of North Dakota.

I hope to see these in the crowd at our final skirmish.

The postings are funny, creative, and somewhat motivational, but I had not seen the full picture until the Colonel's T-shirt post.  Until then I had hoped he had used a darker uniform to simulate a fictional regiment from the 1880s or something like that, but it's clearly a Confederate officer's uniform.

Whether Zeb or someone else is posting the letters, there's no way something like this doesn't cause problems in a modern day locker room.   People (especially males) will always take an interest in the military side of the Civil War.  However, the notion of slavery is just as ridiculous and stupid as it was during that time in our country.

Up to now, he's just been a back-up QB on a really bad team, but the media folks will make a big deal about it during the bowl game, especially if we lose.

He should just stop and take it down so it won't negatively impact recruiting.  I am actually praying for the bowl game to be cancelled due to Covid right now.

I really doubt Zeb actually has anything to do with this. This could be literally any random person on the internet. I never once thought it was actually him.

Perhaps, but realistically he still needs to clarify things if he wants a coaching job anywhere outside of here in the near future.

agreed 100%...things aren't fair these days

look at the Nascar driver who can't get sponsored now over something he had not control over (if this is political please erase/no worries)
