Mullins 3 star ATH Xavier Legette 6'3" 193lbl said he will visit USC Wednesday morning with one of his coaches to watch the Gamecocks practice. The Gamecocks offered Legette in October and see him as a receiver. They have been his favorite since the offer and he said there’s a 75% chance of a commitment on the visit.
“They are going to tell me more about how they are recruiting and stuff tomorrow,” Legette said Tuesday night. “It’s a straight up offer but I’ll be coming in August. I’ve been talking to Coach Muschamp and Coach Thompson Sunday. They were just telling me about coming in.”
Legette also has offers from Tennessee, Tulane, East Carolina and Coastal Carolina but it’s the one from USC that’s got his strongest attention.
“I think it could be my move,” he said. “I’m not really sure right now. I’m keeping everything open. It could happen tomorrow.”
Legette said he does have an official visit to Tulane set for December 8th and Tennessee recruiter Chris Rumph is planning to visit him later this week. He has visited USC and Tennessee unofficially for games this season.
