Isabelle Khurshudyan, sports editor of The Gamecock, is in a class with Connor Shaw.

This is what she reported.

@ikhurshudyan: Welp, QB Connor Shaw just made his first appearance to my sport and entertainment class. Nothing on the shoulder. Seems to be moving it OK.

@ikhurshudyan: But Shaw doesn't have a sling or anything similar on. Looks perfectly normal.

The Pirates are going to go into the game with the same gameplan whether Shaw starts or not. They are going to

try to force us to beat them throwing with Shaw hurt, or our backup QBs under center. They will put as many in the box as they can, and if we do beat them once, they are going to dare us to do it consistently and until

we prove to them we can. ... they are going to go into the game with the mindset of not letting Lattimore beat them.

I'm also just as positive that our coaching staff is aware of that. Doesn't matter to them if Shaw is playing with a sore shoulder, or our backup QBs are in the game. They will make us throw the ball to win knowing we

are at a disadvantage either route we take.
