SAN ANTONIO - Cornerback Mark Fields (Cornelius, N.C./Hough) said his top three is Clemson, LSU and Texas in no order.

Fields said he now plans to officially visit LSU January 16, Clemson January 23 and Texas January 30.

Fields was committed to South Carolina from April to December.

He was going to officially visit the Gamecocks.

“That’s still up in the air but that’s probably not going to happen,” Fields said. “I’m through with South Carolina.”

Clemson leads the Crystal Ball with 69-percent for the votes.

Tiger defensive backs coach Mike Reed, along with area recruiter Danny Pearman, handles this recruitment for Clemson.

“I like the way coach Reed handles his defensive backs,” Fields said. “It’s a tailor fit for how I play. Clemson has been in the loop since the start.”

Texas assistant coach Chris Rumph handles this recruitment for the Longhorns.

“I really like coach Rumph,” Fields said. “Coach Charlie Strong is like the O.G. of DBs. Plus they play in the Big XII and that’s a passing league.”

LSU just came in with an offer.

“LSU is my ‘dream school,” Fields said. “I’ve always wanted to go there since I was a little kid. I grew up watching Patrick Paterson.”

What a POS!!! Karma is a bitch, A-HOLE!
