Summerville 3 star DB Darin Smalls 5'11" 200lbs was offered Monday morning by Tennessee. That's his 10th offer. The others are USC, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Florida State, NC State, Georgia Tech, West Virginia, Marshall and Vanderbilt. Smalls has visited USC and Florida State this spring and will go to Virginia Tech this weekend. USC is his leader ahead of Florida State and Clemson.
