Lithonia (Ga.) DE Jordan Smith's announcement today at 2pm at his high school. Smith, the #34 weakside DE in the 2016 class over at Rivals, is expected to choose the Gamecocks over schools like Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU and a host of other.
