DL Javon Kinlaw CBS projects him going in first round in NFL draft

South Carolina has a little history with NFL first-round draft picks on the defensive line, with Jadeveon Clowney and Melvin Ingram both finding their way into that spot.

If Javon Kinlaw the next on that list?

CBS’s latest mock draft had Kinlaw going No. 31 to the Kansas City Chiefs. The 6-foot-6, 310 pounder has been delivering on his explosive potential this season and is tied for the SEC lead with four sacks.

It would be nice to get a DL in the first round again.

The big thing is what that does for our recruiting. Muschamp can say, "See, if you come here and play you might be the next 1st rounder."

And Javon is serious talent. I love the way he can just push OL out of his way at times even when they try and double team him. I just wish when they tried the double team we would throw in an inside blitz with the LB. Even with our schedule he should get several more sacks this year.
