DL Abu Lamin no longer a solid USC commitment

4 star DL Abu Lamin 6'3" 280lbs of Fort Scott JC, KS committed to USC last July and he had been solid with that commitment until this weekend when he visited Tennessee. That commitment is now shaky at best as Lamin came out of his visit undecided between the Gamecocks and Vols based on his commitments to VolQuest.com. Lamin told the Tennessee recruiting site, "I kind of a little more towards Tennessee because they are losing six senior defensive linemen. I talked with my mom and we've got to really sit down and evaluate, but really this is going to go down to the wire with South Carolina and Tennessee. It's going to be a good one. This is a Tennessee and South Carolina race right now. Auburn is still pushing and Alabama is still going to push, but right now my main focus is on South Carolina and Tennessee." His mother, who was with him on his official visit to USC, did not make the trip to Tennessee. Lamin has taken all of is official visits now. He said last month he may try to get back to USC over the Thanksgiving holiday while he's home in Fayetteville, NC. He hopes to have a final decision within a week or two.
