4 star DL Derrick Calloway (6-2 310) of Bradenton, FL has offers from USC, Arkansas, Southern Cal, Florida, Florida State, Miami, South Florida, Texas A&M, Virginia and Texas Tech among others. He is currently in California after attending a camp at Southern Cal. "I like it out here," Calloway said. "The camp was a lot of fun. I'm not ready to make any commitments or anything like that. I want to take my five (official) visits before I make a decision." He did name the Trojans as one of his leaders along with Texas A&M and Texas Tech. This summer Calloway would like to visit USC, Florida, USF, Miami and possibly Texas Tech and Arkansas. "I would like to camp at South Carolina," he said. "I have the paperwork at home and want to check them out. I don't know too much about them but I know they put out a lot of defensive linemen." Southern Cal is his first visit and Calloway plans to take his time in the recruiting process.
