DL Tyrone Truesdell names leader and three visits

DL Tyrone Truesdell of Augusta has had a top group of USC, Florida, Louisville, Kentucky, Auburn and Ole Miss. That group remains intact along with the additions of Georgia Tech, West Virginia and Mississippi State.
Truesdell said he continues to get a strong recruiting push from USC. He visited for the East Carolina game in September and was back for a visit for the Georgia game last month. He got a chance to talk more with the coaches.
“They just told me they feel like they need some help up front and feel like I can help with the program,” Truesdell said. “They want me to see them some more film to see how I’ve been doing thru the season. I got to see how they do with a win and how they react to a loss. And I talked to a couple of commits they already have and see how they are liking it.”
Truesdell has also been to Georgia and Florida for games this season. He has an official visit to Louisville set for January 13th. He said he will also set visits with Ole Miss and Florida. “Those are the three guaranteed official visits that I know about.”
As for an official visit to USC, Truesdell said since Columbia is so close to home, he doesn’t feel the need to schedule an official visit.
And Truesdell has one school that is standing out over the others at this point.
“I have to say I’m feeling Florida to be honest with you,” he said. “The coaches, the players, the fans and by me being familiar with Florida because that’s where my mother stays and my grandma and that side of the family.”
Truesdell said he has approximately 80 tackles this season with about 20 sacks.
