Eagles' Carson Wentz booed by fan soundtrack

One of the more interesting aspects of the 2020 season is the fact there are no fans in the majority of the stadiums. To counter this, broadcasts have been using fake crowd noise to simulate what fans would sound like if they were there.

Well the Fox broadcast certainly captured the essence of Eagles fans Sunday, as whoever is behind the controls hit the boo button on Carson Wentz.

They make programmable keyboards that can launch a file with the push of a button once everything is set up.

I am sure they use them for the online real-time stats websites before the virus stuff happened.

Is the crowd noise only for the TV audience? Or do they play it through the speakers in the stadium?

According to reports the crowd noise was only for the TV audience. Wentz wouldn't have heard it. Only in Philly...
