Greetings from camp
The Gamecocks hosted several recruits for the first day of the Will Muschamp Football Camp on Saturday.
Top visitors included:
If anyone knows how critical depth is along the line of scrimmage, it’s South Carolina offensive line coach Eric Wolford. According to SEC Country’s Hal McGranahan, Wolford spent “a considerable amount of time chatting up both Wonnum and Lewis.”
While assistant director of player personnel Shaq Wilson met with Wynn and his family, head coach Will Muschamp chatted up Roderick, which proved to be time well spent …
Roderick, a 247Sports 3-star safety, committed to the Gamecocks on Saturday.
“Roderick, a 6-foot, 207-pound prospect from Cane Bay High School (Summerville, S.C.), committed to the Gamecocks over offers from Duke, Georgia Tech, North Carolina and North Carolina State,” reports Hale McGranahan.
