Elite linemen highlight prospects at South Carolina’s Will Muschamp Football Camp

June 14, 2016

COLUMBIA, S.C. — A couple of linemen highlight the participants at the Tuesday session of the Will Muschamp Football Camp.

Christian Armstrong, a 4-star offensive tackle from Warner Robins, Ga., is the No. 10 prospect at his position in the 2018 class.

Along with South Carolina, Armstrong has offers from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Florida State, Kentucky and Mississippi State.

The 6-foot-4, 315-pound prospect is accompanied by his father for his first visit to South Carolina. Clemson will host them Wednesday.

Zacch Pickens, who’s already gained traction as the top in-state prospect for 2019, is working out Tuesday.

South Carolina, Tennessee, Clemson, Michigan and Florida State have offered Pickens, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound defensive end from T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, S.C.

Richmond Hill, Ga. WR Sam Jones, who lists a South Carolina offer, is visiting with a few teammates, including 2017 QB/ATH Brian Hughes and 2018 WR Justin Jeffery.

Sanders (6-foot-1, 180 pounds) was on campus this past Saturday for the 7-on-7 tournament and was invited back for camp.
