Elite New Orleans CB Terrell Bailey includes 5 SEC teams in top 9
June 17, 2017
Terrell Bailey’s first two offers came from SEC schools, and now five are embedded in the New Orleans cornerback’s top nine.
Tennessee, Texas A&M, South Carolina, Ole Miss and Mississippi State all made the cut. As did Colorado, Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Arizona State.
The three-star prospect from John Ehret High School (Marrero, La.) picked up his first FBS offers from Arkansas and Tennessee. Texas A&M came in with an offer in early March, and the Aggies have remained at the forefront of his recruitment for much of the process. Bailey took an unofficial visit to College Station, Texas, at the beginning of April.

LSU has also kept tabs on the 6-foot, 175-pounder, with defensive backs coach Corey Raymond remaining in touch with Bailey and visting the prospect for his high school spring game last month.
Bailey is rated as Louisiana’s No. 14 overall prospect in the Class of 2017 and the No. 6 cornerback in the state. He could make a decision sometime before the start of the fall after making stops all of his top schools.
