Former Arkansas commitment John Mincey will not join the 2018 South Carolina recruiting class. The 3-star defensive end is headed to Tennessee.
Mincey, the No. 38 strongside defensive end in the country, is from Clinch County High School in Homerville, Ga. The 6-foot-4, 255-pound prospect is ranked No. 80 among prospects from the state of Georgia, according to the 247Sports composite.
South Carolina remains in the mix for 4-star defensive tackle Rick Sandidge (Concord, N.C.). He’ll announce his decision at 2:30 p.m. ET on National Signing Day.[/size]
