Wow. 4 years already.
Unlike with the men's program and what it achieved four yrs ago, Dawn Staley has capitalized on the successes to build the program to unprecedented heights. From 2016-17 with four McDonald's All-Americans (Wilson, Cuevas-Moore, Coates, and Davis) and six 5* talents (including Ty Harris and Araion Bradshaw) - three of them national top 10 5* prospects (Davis, Gray, Wilson), to 2021-22 with ten McDonald's AAs and twelve 5* talents - seven of them national top 10 prospects (Henderson, Boston, Cooke, Amihere, Johnson, Rivers, Feagin).
Hopefully this season will serve to temper the leadership of Henderson, Saxton, Boston etc. into leaders like how the team had with Harris and Herbert-Harrigan last season, and we come out storming on the WCBB landscape....
