Just hours after wrapping up Will Muschamp’s first win as head coach at South Carolina, the Gamecocks coaching staff hit the recruiting trail.
Muschamp was spotted at Woodmont High School in Piedmont, S.C. on Friday afternoon. Woodmont is home to 3-star linebacker commitment Davonne Bowen, who’s listed by the 247Sports composite as the No. 88 weak-side defensive end in the class of 2017.
Later that afternoon, 2018 OT Maxwell Iyama tweeted about his second offer.
Iyama, a 6-foot-5, 250-pound prospect from Siegel High School in Murfreesboro, Tenn., also has an early offer from Eastern Kentucky.
