I was listening to Childers and Neuheisal this morning and they were talking about the SEC East. I was disappointed they didn't even mention South Carolina. I guess when you're 4 and 8 you shouldn't expect much love from sports commentators. Looking toward next year, they seem to think Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Kentucky are the teams to watch. We're grouped in with Missouri and Vanderbilt as cellar dwellers not worthy of discussing. During the Spurrier years the pundants were finally beginning to mention us in the same breath as Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. Here's hoping we can get back in the conversation soon. I like our recruiting class a lot, but it's clear we've got to start winning again to get any respect.
