Brady did have help @ LSU as a co-offensive coordinator, so perhaps those adjustments came as a byproduct of the collaboration with his seasoned colleague. I think the ability to appropriately adjust can only come from experience, and likely, at 31 years young. Brady was not ready for that responsibility in the pros, year 1. Not sure we could get a chance to see the calls be effective with pitiful line and QB play with the Panthers. After watching all of the Panthers game with him at OC I will say he does it adjust his game plan at all and keeps trying the same things that are bot working. Not sure if he had so much talent at LSU he could get away with it, but I have not been impressed with him. With that said he was hamstrung with some crappy quarterbacks with the Panthers.
Well we have the same issues here. So my feeling is move on from this guy.
Longo? That would be a positive move. If memory serves, I recall him being an obvious candidate (one of many) that the former guy passed on in favor of... Mike Bobo.Hey, say what you want good player's make average coaches seem great, remember he had a split role in L.S.U. , they had 2 of them calling the plays
I mean he had some help. I like Joe but I think we need someone that is proven like North Carolina's guy, I am hearing that Beamer is trying to hire him . He really likes him and knows the O.C. @ North Carolina.
Yes, Longo.I'm not wanting Brady , i think Beamer is after the North Carolina O.C. guy it would be an great move he is considered to be one of the best O.C. guys around.
2 or 3 million an yearHow much should a South Carolina Offensive Coordinator make per year?
