I know that Rattler and Stogner can't play in the bowl game because they've already suited up for OU this season, but is there any NCAA rule that prohibits them from participating in bowl practice?

They cannot be with the team till Jan.

So with Brown in the portal, he won't be available for the game. That leaves us with Noland and Doty, correct? Can Gauthier be able to play the bowl game without losing his red-shirt? Seems I remember they changed it from your first 4 games to ANY 4 games during the season, as long as it's no more than 4 games. All this past covid-related NCAA rule changes have gotten me addled......

Play Gauthier what is there to loose.  Seems Doty is not ready or practicing.  If he gets hurt or tanks bring in Joyner.  UNC has their 1st string, we're in survival mode but it is what it is.
