New Gamecock secondary coach Torian Gray already in recruiting trail for the Gamecocks. Tuesday Gamecocks have offered 2022 SAF Jaylin Marshall (6-3 190), 2022 SAF Anthony Rose (6-4 180), 2022 SAF Alfonzo Allen (6-0 175) and 2022 SAF Edric Weldon (6-5 210), all of Hallandale, FL. Marshall is rated as a four-star prospect and is ranked the #18 safety nationally in the 247Sports Composite. Allen is a four-star rated prospect and ranked the #12 safety in the class nationally. Rose and Weldon have not been rated at this time.

Sumter native DT Jahkeem Green, a Nebraska transfer, has the Gamecocks at top of his list and plans to finalize plans in the next few days.

Gamecocks offered 2022 WR Jay Fair (5-10 170) of Rockwall, TX. He’s rated a three-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite. Some of his other offers are Arkansas, Georgia, Colorado, TCU, Houston, Kansas and Utah.

Gamecocks offered 2022 WR Brenen Thompson of Spearman, TX. He also has a Clemson offer. Thompson is rated a four-star prospect and is ranked the #7 ATH nationally in the 2022 class and the #10 prospect in Texas. He has Clemson listed in his top 12.

LB KJ Scott of Greenwood received a PWO offer from the Gamecock.
