Gamecock target DE Kelby Collins has set August 13th for his commitment announcement. He has South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, and Alabama as his finalists. He made official visits to USC, Florida, and Georgia in June, and he visited Florida last weekend. He also visited USC for the spring game. Last week he called Georgia the favorite with Florida second on his list.
