Ja’Qurious Conley
USC last week offered 2020 ATH Ja’Qurious Conley 6'2" 190lbs of Jacksonville, NC. He also has offers from Duke, NC State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech and East Carolina. At this point in the process, the Gamecocks hold a strong spot with Conley.
“Out of the offers I have, South Carolina is in my top four list,” Conley said. “Duke, Virginia Tech, NC State (are the others). But that’s not in order. I like a lot about South Carolina as far as the schooling and the football program. They have me as athlete but I just feel like where ever they put me I’m going to do what’s needed for the team.”
Conley said he primarily plays wide receiver and safety. He was a stat sheet stuffer as a junior with 517 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns, 11 catches for 290 yards and 3 touchdowns, 1459 all purpose yards with averages of 38 yards on kickoff returns and 24 yards on punt returns and 79 total tackles with 3 interceptions.
