I look at this year's roster and think "this should be Frank's best team so far" but it's another disappointing season.
Like a lot of people, I think Frank is a good guy. But at some point winning games and making the tournament has to be someone's priority, doesn't it? I mean, if the only thing that matters is being a mentor to the players and helping them become better men, I'm pretty sure there are a lot of guys who would do just as good a job at that for a lot less money than $2.5M a year.
